Top 5 reasons why I can't sleep
I am a night owl that is wanting to convert to being a morning person! I try every month to convince myself that I am going to start going to bed earlier. Then week after week I am up past midnight. I would say that my bedtime is 12:30!! Ughh. I would like to be in bed like a "normal" person around say 10:30pm. Why is that so hard? Well I will tell you...
1. That is when I get my cleaning done
2. It is my "ME" time
3. I am blogging/reading blogs
4. I am eating my hidden chocolate bar
5. I am reading a good book with NO interruptions
Okay, so for all of you morning people what's your secret? Do tell...

I've always been a morning person...even when I was in high school & college, I was an early riser. Your 5 reasons, I do throughout the day - in little bursts...well, minus the reading a good book WITHOUT interruptions or the ME time. I do that after the kids are in bed - right before I go to bed...at 10:00 :)
I can be of little, well, actually NO help. I need 8-10 hours of sleep--actual sleep, but can live on 7. I get up because I have to, not because I want to. I have learned that I can fit things in, much like Tiffany, in short bursts during the day. And some things can be left undone-God blessed me with that ability when he sent me twins. I think you can make adjustments towards being a morning person, but if you are truly a night owl, then you will be a night owl. Be who you are, dear Courtney, for that is the way God made you.
I found your blog through Kelly's Korner!
Hope it's ok if I follow your journey!
Love, Hugs and Prayers--
Tiffany
